I have been weight training for several years and have used various products out there which claim to give you miraculous results. A lot of them were like throwing money out the window. Norateen Heavyweight II is one of the best supplements that i have used. Great results after first week of use. I have experienced no nasty side effects like you get from some (i.e. jitters, nausea, etc.).
